- Make sure that you have mastered a fairly good handstand and bridge/back bend. If you haven't please visit the page marked bridges/backbends and handstands.
- Get some one to grab your legs once in the handstand and get them to gently place you down into a bridge.
- Eventually you want someone to completely move their hands away from you
