Front Wards Walkovers in less than an hour!*

Frontwards walkovers are great for acro dancing and are very fun to do once you get the hang of it. It made look hard but with these easy steps you can achieve one in no time!
 
  1. Make sure that you have mastered a fairly good handstand and bridge/back bend. If you haven't please visit the page marked bridges/backbends and handstands.
  2. Get some one to grab your legs once in the handstand and get them to gently place you down into a bridge. 
  3. Eventually you want someone to completely move their hands away from you
As your going into a bridge from the handstand make sure to tuck in your head completely and as you hit the ground bend your arms slightly. It is also best to do this on some form of soft yet non-slip surface such as and acro or yoga mat. DO NOT DO THIS ON A WOODEN FLOOR OR HARD CARPET UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY CONFIDENT!
